Performance:

HNBR has a high temperature resistance of 130 to 180 ° C and a cold resistance of -55 to -38 ° C and has excellent mechanical properties. It is more able to meet the requirements of the automotive industry than other polymers. HNBR reinforced with ZnO/based acrylic acid (MAA) can be used to make V-belts, isotactic triangles, multi-purpose triangle rings, vibration isolators, etc.; seals, seals, heat-resistant tubes, etc. can also be prepared. In oil drilling, rubber products are required to withstand the tests of high temperature, high pressure, acid, amine, H2S, CO2, CH4 and other steam. The various products prepared with HNBR are resistant to acids, oils and solvents. HNBR reinforced with ZnO/MAA can be used to make pistons for drilling protection boxes and mud pumps. In addition, HNBR can be made into paper gaskets by beating method and can be used as sealing gaskets in the petroleum industry and the automotive industry. HNBR has better heat resistance and radiation resistance than silicone rubber, fluoro rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene. It is suitable for various rubber seals of power stations, and also used as cable jackets for hydraulic pipes, hydraulic seals and power stations. For printing and fabric rolls, weapon parts and aerospace seals, coverings, fuel sacs, etc.; HNBR latex can be used as a surface coating (painting), textile, paper, leather, metal, ceramic, non-woven fabric Adhesives, as well as foamed rubber, impregnated latex products, and the like. In addition, the comprehensive performance of HNBR reinforced with ZnO/MAA, peroxide and high wear-resistant furnace is better than ordinary HNBR.
