SAE 100 R15 Wire Spiral Hydraulic Hose

Recommended for extremely high pressure and high impulse hydraulic applications. R9 hose is very flexible 4 or 6 steel wires reinforced hydraulic hose in the industry with superior impulse performance. Mainly used on mining hydraulic support,hydraulic engine,oilfield extraction machinery, agricultural / road / construction machinery.

Product Description

SAE 100R15 hose has two type reinforcement, one is four layers of spiraled high-tensile steel wire(sizes 1/2’’, 5/8’’,  3/4’’ and 1’’) and six layers of spiraled high tensile steel wire(size 1 1/4’’, 11/2’’ and 2’’)..... Black Neoprene inner tube and cover. It’s constant working pressure, 42Mpa/6091psi. Meets or Exceeds EN 856, SAE 100R15 and approved by 500,000 impulse cycles. 4:1 safety factor. -40°C to +121°C (-40°F to +250°F) temperature. Design specifically to handle severe high pressure applications where pressure or constant hydrostatic loads are present.


Its structure is made of Oil resistant synthetic rubber and four high tensile steel spirals, or six high tensile steel spirals. Its cover is black synthetic rubber, with high resistance to abrasion, to flame, to oils and weather conditions, MSHA approved. Its temperature range is from -40°C to +120°C(-40°F to +250°F), with maximum working pressures are based on 4:1 safety factor.
