SAE100 R1AT / EN 853 1SN steel wire reinforced hydraulic hose is mainly applied for medium pressure hydraulic systems, for different kinds of fluid transfer, such as mineral oil, fuel, lubricants, emulsion and so on. 1SN is made of 3 parts: inner rubber tube, 1wire steel reinforcement and rubber cover. Technic pass meet EN857, SAE standard, MSHA, CE certification. Max working pressure up to 3600PSI and safety factor is 4:1. Impulse test showing over 200,000 impulse cycles approval, able to work under -40°C and 100°C working temperature. Hose also showing good working, showing on abrasion resistance, ozone, aging, fatigue resistance, and longer working life.

Black, oil resistant synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement:
One braid (Dash-03 to Dash-32 size) of high tensile steel wire.

-40°C to +100°C (-40°F to +212°F)

Apply to work range 40Bar to 250Bar, (burst pressure) safety factor 4:1
