Today, our main topic is about ISO18752, an ISO standard launched on 2006 besides SAE J517.
ISO18752 have 9 Max pressure range level from 500PSI to 8000PSI. And regarding on the resistance ability to its impulse cycle range at certain temeperature, ISO18752 have 4 levels - A, B, C and D. Additionally, the grade is also classified by the hose outside diameter (O.D.) into (AS, BS, CS), or compact types (AC, BC, CC, DC) with smaller O.D. and bend radius than the standard type.

In response to market trends for higher-pressure hoses, UGW launched superflex 4wire spiral hose - UA & WA series. Pass and meet ISO18752 DC standard. An impulse pressure of 133% of Maximum working pressure (3000PSI - 5000PSI) for at least 1,000,000 impulse cycles, specifies meeting 248°F temeperature. What’s more, it also showing better flexbility than standard EN856. UA series meet CE - ISO12100 for machinery applications.
