SAE100 R4 fiber and steel wire reinforced suction and delivery hose is mainly applied for conveying Mineral oils, vegetable and rape seed oils, glycol and polyglycol based oils, synthetic ester based oils, oils in aqueous emulsion, water etc. SAE100 R4 is made of inner rubber tube, One or two layers of braided fiber and one layer of spiral steel wire reinforcement and outer rubber cover. The outer rubber cover is black oil-resistant, weather-resistant, wear-resistant synthetic rubber. SAE100 R4 meets SAE J517 and SAE 100 standard, gets approved with RoHS&REACH, and CE certification. R4 carries the operating temperature range of -40 °C to + 100 °C (-40 °F to + 212 °F). Hose ID size from 3/4’’ to 3 1/3’’, while carrying the max working pressure up to 300PSI with 4:1 safety factor. R4 also shows great performance on abrasion resistance, ozone, aging, fatigue resistance, and longer working life.
