SAE100 R8 fiber wire reinforced thermoplastic hose is mainly applied for conveying petroleum-based hydraulic oil and water-based hydraulic oil. It can be used as a lubrication line and a blowout preventer control line. It is widely used in hydraulic elevators and agricultural and construction machinery. SAE100 R8 is made of inner nylon rubber tube, one or two layers of synthetic fiber or aramid fiber braid and outer rubber cover. The outer rubber cover is oil-resistant, aging-resistant, weather-resistant black polyurethane. R7 meets SAE J517 100, EN 855 and ISO 3949 standard, gets approved with RoHS&REACH, and CE certification. R7 carries the operating temperature range of -40 °C to + 100 °C (-40 °F to + 212 °F). Hose ID size from 3/16’’ to 1’’, while carrying the max working pressure up to 5070PSI with 4:1 safety factor. R8 also shows great performance on abrasion resistance, ozone, aging, fatigue resistance, and longer working life.
