SAE100 R6 fiber wire reinforced flexible oil hydraulic hose is mainly applied for conveying petroleum-based hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, gasoline, fuel oil, water and air, etc. SAE100 R6 is made of inner rubber tube, one layer of woven fiber reinforcement and outer rubber cover. The outer rubber cover is black oil-resistant, weather-resistant, wear-resistant synthetic rubber. R6 meets SAE J517 100, EN 854 and ISO 1307 standard, gets approved with RoHS&REACH, and CE certification. R6 carries the operating temperature range of -40 °C to + 100 °C (-40 °F to + 212 °F). Hose ID size from 3/16’’ to 1’’, while carrying the max working pressure up to 500PSI with 4:1 safety factor. R6 also shows great performance on abrasion resistance, ozone, aging, fatigue resistance, and longer working life.
