SAE100 R5 steel wire reinforced D.O.T Textile cover hose is mainly applied for conveying hydraulic mineral and “biological” oils, polyglycol base oils, water, oil/water emulsions. etc. SAE100 R5 is made of inner rubber tube, one layer of braided high strength steel wire reinforcement and outer cover. The outer rubber cover is one layer of braided dipping fiber. R5 meets SAE 100 standard, gets approved with RoHS&REACH, and CE certification. R5 carries the operating temperature range of -40 °C to + 100 °C (-40 °F to + 212 °F). Hose ID size from 3/16’’ to 3’’, while carrying the max working pressure up to 3000PSI with 4:1 safety factor. R5 also shows great performance on abrasion resistance, ozone, aging, fatigue resistance, and longer working life.
